At AZ Popology, we stand behind the quality of our insanely delicious, small-batch gourmet popcorn. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items. However, we will gladly provide returns or replacements under certain conditions:

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Wrong item(s) received
  • Order arrived damaged or defective
  • Product spoiled upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Package lost in transit (verified by the carrier)

Return Timeframe

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  • Submit photo evidence of damage or incorrect items

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not required unless instructed. In rare cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Policy

If your claim is approved, you may choose from the following options:

  • Replacement: We’ll resend the same item(s) free of charge.
  • Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card for future use.
  • Refund: A refund to your original payment method, processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

*Bank processing may add an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

International Orders (Europe)

AZ Popology ships to select European countries. Please note:

  • Import taxes, customs fees, and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot guarantee freshness due to extended shipping times.
  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or undelivered packages.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect flavor or address entered by customer
  • Customer dissatisfaction with taste preference
  • Damage or spoilage reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items marked Final Sale or part of promotional bundles, unless defective
